O nosso cliente é um Grupo Financeiro de capital nacional que procura um **Digital Marketing Strategist **para integrar na sua Direção de Gestão de Negócio Retalho, em Lisboa.

Este profissional terá como principais responsabilidades definir e implementar a estratégia de marketing digital para todas as marcas e segmentos do Grupo e operacionalizar todas as ações que envolvam a área de Marketing Digital & Analytics, desde a comunicação com as diferentes agências até à gestão e consequente monitorização dos canais definidos na estratégia em interligação constante com as restantes áreas.

**Principais Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisionar e acompanhar as campanhas em todos meios de performance marketing nas diversas plataformas de publicidade online utilizadas, garantindo que os objetivos são atingidos;
- Gerir, monitorizar e otimizar todos os meios e campanhas inerentes às estratégias de aquisição e retenção (inclui análise de palavras-chave e termos de pesquisa, análise de público-alvo, otimização de lances, testes A/B de anúncios, etc.);
- Reporting e apresentação de resultados das campanhas;
- Gerir o orçamento de Marketing Digital referente a todas as iniciativas que visem o segmento de Retalho Particulares;
- Avaliar criticamente os elementos gráficos e visuais utilizados na comunicação da marca nos canais de performance e marketing digital;
- Acompanhar diariamente as plataformas inerentes ao negócio;
- Gerir a comunicação com agências e fornecedores;
- Manter-se sempre atualizado em todos os tópicos relacionados com Marketing Digital.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência mínima de 3 anos de experiência em funções de Marketing Digital;
- Formação Superior em Gestão, Gestão de Marketing, Marketing e/ou Comunicação;
- Excelentes conhecimentos de Excel e Powerpoint;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação escrita e falada (português e inglês);
- Experiência com definição e acompanhamento de estratégias de multicanal de growth hacking, incluindo todos os meios de Marketing de Performance, nomeadamente marketing de afiliação, PPC, SEO e Social Media;
- Experiência na utilização de ferramentas como Google Analytics, e PowerBI;
- Certificação em Google Ads, Facebook Ads e Google Analytics (preferencial);
- Interesse em temáticas relacionadas com tecnologia, fintechs e user experience.
