Tasks

To support the company Digital Transformation agenda and eCommerce growth ambitions, we are

recruiting a talented Growth Junior Manager to join the Wellastore B2B team and support its growth

ambitions.

Your role is part of the Global team, is based in Geneva and reports to the Global Head of

**Wellastore. Your key responsibilities are**:

- Define and deliver Wellastore Acquisition strategy across all digital and non-digital

touchpoints.
- Develop and deploy global media guidelines to recommend investment choices to local

markets.
- Manage global media budget. Lead global acquisition campaigns from brief to execution to

reporting.
- Execute Wellastore Acquisition campaigns across all digital and non-digital touchpoints.
- Define Customer Profiling in order to define a Wellastore CRM strategy.
- Execute Wellastore CRM strategy and support local market in their executions.
- Manage Global CRM campaigns and support local markets in their executions.
- Master Wellastore Data & Web Analytics, sharing insights to improve Wellastore experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local markets to ensure their needs are met and

they are enabled to drive the business.
- Develop and hunt for best practices. Drive share and reapply.

**Requirements**:

- Has 5+ years of experience leading growth for an eCommerce business or for a startup
- Has a strong analytic and data driven mindset.
- Has experience leading marketing campaigns from brief to execution
- Is a team player, able to build meaningful and trusted work relationships with all

stakeholders. Is passionate and experienced in coaching and developing a team.
- Has experience operating in a B2B environment
- Feels comfortable working in fast paced environment managing multiple deliverables at once

under tight timings
- Previous experience in the beauty or CPG industry is a plus
- Language: English. Any other language is a plus.
