We are recruiting Customer Success Advisor for one of our most innovating clients in the city of Lisbon.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio of Clients to ensure excellence in service delivery;
- Possess advanced knowledge of website construction and management;
- Taking ownership of Client challenges and issues until a definitive resolution is reached;
- Execute the best practices in digital marketing program management for our Clients;
- Work closely with Sales to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities;
- Obtain relevant feedback and recommendations from Customers for the Product Management team;
- Have a proactive and Customer-oriented attitude towards all challenges in order to positively impact Customers, the team, and the Company.

**Requirements**:

- 2 or more years of experience in a Customer management role;
- Proven experience in technical management of digital marketing;
- Ability to lead people to generate results;
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
