Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Civil Engineering | Project Management and Licensing

Main Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate real estate development project management, ensuring timely execution within established deadlines and budgets.
- Manage all phases of projects, including licensing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Hire and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and other consultants.
- Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the projects, including clients, partners, and external entities.
- Monitor project progress, implementing strategies to optimize costs and timelines.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of Norfin's development strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (preferred).
- Proven experience in project management and licensing, ideally in real estate development or as a project owner.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a strong focus on results and achieving targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
