Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineering Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with service providers, investors, and regulatory entities, as well as contributing to the real estate development process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with service providers, including contractors, project managers, and designers.
  • Monitor project phases, including inspection and supplier management.
  • Contribute to the real estate development process, including analysis and improvement.
  • Support the management of construction projects and ventures.

Requirements:
  • Education degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 4-6 years of experience in construction, civil engineering, licensing, regulations, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, buying, and selling real estate legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, initiative, entrepreneurial, and result-driven culture.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Team management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and VBA.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and capability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Written and oral skills in English.

Working Conditions: Full-time, hybrid work arrangement, with a focus on Vilamoura.
