Real Estate Asset Management Specialist

Job Summary: As a Real Estate Asset Management Analyst at Arrow Global Portugal, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient management of real estate assets within our organization. Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks related to the definition and implementation of the Asset/project Business Plan, CapEx implementation, strategic planning, project management, property management, and regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Assist in defining and implementing the Business Plan for our assets.
  • Control budget execution and flag deviations or necessary changes in the Business Plan.
  • Coordinate the preparation of economic and financial feasibility studies for projects.
  • Collaborate with supervision/project management teams to analyze and revise real estate projects in various phases.
  • Monitor various markets, gather relevant information, and disseminate insights to stakeholders within our organization to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations based on market and project commercial performance.
  • Coordinate brokers involved in projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and providing support to optimize outcomes.
  • Review marketing strategies and price lists periodically, analyzing their effectiveness and recommending adjustments as necessary to enhance competitiveness.
  • Guarantee up-to-date information on project commercial performance, ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, and relevance for decision-making purposes.
  • Provide support to different teams within the organization as needed, leveraging analytical insights to address specific challenges or opportunities.


Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, civil engineering, or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically analyze data and assumptions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of real estate investment principles, regulatory requirements, and financial analysis.
* Proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Prior experience in real estate asset management or a related field is preferred.
