**As a Site Reliability Engineer, what are you going to do?**
- Testing, Deploying, and configuration of new systems
- Defining and contributing to routine system maintenance procedures
- Proactively identifying faults both remotely and at sites. Responding to escalated incidents and guiding/performing break/fix activities when errors and faults occur.
- Liaising with customers when on-site, remotely, and proactively communicating with the global ITOps community, providing visibility and insight on escalating issues, and identifying areas where service can be improved;
- Providing on-site early life support and training peers and other support teams on the full IT and SW stack
- Analyzing proactively system performance
- Participating in the development of Technical Support Specialists through supervision, coaching, and upskilling sessions, generating a culture of accountability for actions
- Create, update, and maintain documentation and contribute to training materials.
- Being compliant with company policies including Health and Safety, Vehicle use, Expenses, etc.
- Ensure that Environment and health are integrated into all activities and adherence to EHS Policy & Procedures as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance is strictly maintained. Complete all the compulsory training related to them.
- Comply with the information security and data privacy policies and procedures adopted by Vision-Box. Report any information security or data privacy incidents or weaknesses immediately. Complete all the compulsory training related to information security and data privacy.

**What are the skills and professional experience we’re expecting from you?**
- Experience with OS: Windows Server, Linux;
- Experience with Virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V);
- Entry knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, AMQP, NTP, SNMP);
- Entry knowledge and experience in automation development (Powershell, Python, Bash); Proficiency in English;
