**Role Overview**: The Operations and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business's sales and operational aspects. This position involves a blend of administrative, sales, and coordination duties to support the sales team, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

**What would be your responsibilities**:

- Sales Support:_
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions;
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and service agreements;
- Conduct outbound sales contacts to potential clients;
- Assist in developing and implementing outbound sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing calendars;
- Operations Coordination:_
- Assist with operations regarding communication with professionals (speakers), workshops logistics, and other back office processes;
- Collaborate with our team to identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
- Data Management and Analysis:_
- Compile and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate key metrics and insights to inform our sales strategy;
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support sales and operational planning.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field;
- Fluent in English (required);
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues;
- (plus) previous experience in a sales support, operations coordination, or customer service role is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is desirable;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
