Role Overview:

The Operations and Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business's sales and operational aspects.

This position involves a blend of administrative, sales, and coordination duties to support the sales team, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.

This is an entry-level position - so keep in mind that, more than looking for a specific profile with proven proofs in similar roles, we are looking for a person who wants to go far and beyond, who's proactive, creative, and who believes in our mission

What would be your responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:_
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and followup actions;
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and service agreements;
  • Conduct outbound sales contacts to potential clients;
  • Assist in developing and implementing outbound sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and managing calendars;
  • Operations Coordination:_
  • Assist with operations regarding communication with professionals (speakers), workshops logistics, and other back office processes;
  • Collaborate with our team to identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Data Management and Analysis:_
  • Compile and analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement;
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate key metrics and insights to inform our sales strategy;
  • Assist in forecasting and budgeting processes to support sales and operational planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field;
  • Fluent in English (required);
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues;
- (plus) previous experience in a sales support, operations coordination, or customer service role is preferred;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is desirable;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
