INTERNATIONAL RECOVERY OFFICER (JOB NUMBER: 2304SSOP14611 - 1)

**About the job**

Under factoring contracts (Domestic, Import and/or Export) for ours clients with the exception of Domestic contracts of BNP Paribas Factor France, the Debt Collector is responsible for the Process Recovery International team.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Dealing portefolios actions
- Updating contact details
- Check the seller's activity to make the right questions during the recovery action
- Analysing the buyer's behaviour (typology) in order to adapt the conversation and make the right decisions
- Identify incorrect benefits or invoices and inform the supplier about the dispute
- Transmit to the clients legal department, the risks detected (buyers in RJ/LJ or false invoice)
- Report buyer/seller claims and assist in resolution
- Participate in the department's productivity by proposing improvement ideas
- Acts in accordance with the instructions of Compliance and/or the clients and in relation to the fight against money laundering, the financing of terrorism, tax fraud, internal and external corruption, market integrity, banking and tax laws and applies the guidelines on International Financial Sanctions and the KYC policy
- Act with ethics and integrity, in accordance with the code of conduct and the protection of client interests

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic Degree (preferential) or 12th grade (mandatory)
- Fluency in Spanish (mandatory)
- Factoring
- Middle office operation
- Processing of transactions and data entry
