**Job Description**:

- **Industry Insight**: Familiarity with the biotech, healthtech, or startup sectors is highly advantageous. A solid understanding of the specialized skills and qualities required for roles within these industries will contribute to your effectiveness in sourcing top-tier talent.

**Qualifications**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Cultivate a strong talent pipeline for various roles within the organization, with a focus on technical and strategic positions.
- Champion iLoF's values and culture throughout the recruitment process to ensure alignment with potential hires.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continually refine and improve recruitment processes.
