Job description/specification

The position will be based in the city of Maia in Portugal.

**Responsibilities**:

- HR Management- Supervise the execution of timetables and ensure deadlines are met;
- Lead and facilitate HR weekly meetings, prioritizing tasks and addressing team priorities;
- Prepare and present monthly reports to the Executive Team;
- Monitor maintenance and optimization of HR tools and systems.
- Recruitment & Selection- Manage overall job postings and hiring strategy;
- Collaborate with the Recruitment HR Assistant to analyze and select applicants for the recruitment process;
- Provide guidance and supervision for the entire Recruitment & Selection process.
- Administrative | Admissions & Labor Relationships- Collaborate with the Labor Relations HR Assistant to oversee the employee life cycle, including admission, onboarding, resignation, dismissal, and offboarding processes;
- Coordinate with the Recruitment HR Assistant for contractors' management;
- Work with the team to manage employee time-off, day-to-day support, and internship programs.
- Payroll & Fiscal- Oversee the Payroll Specialist in managing the payroll timetable and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing;
- Ensure compliance with fiscal obligations related to employee admission, dismissal, and communications;
- Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist to maintain compliance with changes, unions, legal requirements, and risk assessments.
- Employee Development/Engagement and Work Environment- Manage employee career paths, job functions, and career matrix updates;
- Oversee performance review and evaluation processes;
- Lead the annual team survey and analyze results for continuous improvement;
- Work with the team to manage whistle guard programs, team training, employee benefits, and team-building activities;
- Oversee the overall work environment, particularly at the HQ office.

Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus;
- Proven experience in HR, with at least 6 years in HR roles;
- Strong understanding of labor laws, recruitment processes, and payroll management;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
- Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
