**About the role**
This is an exciting new full time role and a great opportunity for a finance professional looking to develop their career in an international context.
Based in our new Development and Operations hub in Porto, Portugal, you will be a strong and influential member of the senior management team and work collaboratively across RONIN’s International entities and sister organisations.
**Key duties include****:
- **Financial management across RONIN International: Head Office in London, Sales Offices (currently Hong Kong and USA), Sales and Operations (Germany) and Development and Operations (Portugal).**:
- **Commercial analysis, monthly financial performance reporting, international consolidation, and handling of multi-currency transactions.**:
- **Supporting RONIN’s Head of Finance and Rippleffect Group’s Executive Leadership Team with commercial analysis and monthly financial performance reporting.**:
- **Providing evaluation, and leading on, future financial platform development across RONIN and the Rippleffect Group.**
**About you****:
- **You are a fluent English-speaker.**:
- **You are professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), or at least 5-year professional experience equivalent.**:
- **Commercially astute and forward-thinking, with an eye for process, analytics and problem-solving.**:
- **You can evidence your ability to work collaboratively across an internationally expanding group of entities.**:
- **You enjoy working collaboratively and are adept at building good relationships with others.**

**About the Finance team**
The Finance Team is headed by the Head of Finance and comprises a team of dedicated professionals working remotely/from our London and Lancaster offices.
**Location**
This role will be based in our offices in Porto, Portugal, with occasional travel to RONIN’s Head Office in London, local sales offices (currently Germany, Hong Kong and USA) and Rippleffect Group’s offices based in the historic English cities of Bristol and Lancaster.
We are keen to support work/life balance and promote hybrid working. We encourage our associates to spend at least three days in an office per week in accordance with business need.
