A **Kelly**, na sua divisão de **Sales**, está a recrutar um **Account Sales (M/F)** para prestigiada empresa de fornecimento de equipamentos industriais, em **Guimarães**.

**Responsabilidades**:
1. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias comerciais de acordo com as metas e objetivos comerciais definidos, visando acelerar o crescimento;
2. Realizar pesquisas e análises de mercado para novas oportunidades comerciais com foco na expansão e desenvolvimento de negócios;
3. Compreender os requisitos dos clientes existentes para garantir que suas necessidades sejam atendidas;
4. Agir para adquirir novos clientes e gerir relacionamentos com clientes (novos e existentes)
5. Colaborar e coordenar a sua equipa;
6. Elaborar planos de visitas comerciais;
7. Acompanhar a carteira de clientes atribuída;
8. Desenvolver novas oportunidades de negócio.

**Requisitos**:
1. Experiência comprovada no mínimo 5 anos na função e no tipo de conceito industrial da PB;
2. Experiência comprovada em vendas e/ou marketing;
3. Compreensão aprofundada dos métodos e análises de pesquisa de mercado;
4. Consciência comercial juntamente com uma mentalidade estratégica;
5. Excelente capacidade de Comunicação:
6. Domínio avançado de Inglês e preferencialmente com bons conhecimentos de Francês/ Alemão/ Italiano;
7. Formação em Engenharia Mecânica;
8. Outras formações complementares na área de Sales.
