Sales Data Analyst
Lisbon
Analytical resource to provide in-depth sales and category analysis to develop insights leading to sales opportunities.
Assisting the sales and marketing teams, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient communication with customers and suppliers.
Responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support decision-making and drive business growth.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Generate insightful reports and dashboards to support sales strategies.
Develop activity reports & be in permanent contact with the Field Team.
Support the Sales Team managing the day-to-day business for all the Accounts.
Responsible for creating, changing, and managing customer data in the System
Sales tool loading and maintenance
For each action or promo, you build a dashboard updated every month following-up the evolution
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or marketing context.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Bi, SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.
Medium advanced English level
