**The role ‍**

We are looking for a **HR Generalist** to work with our People & Culture team.

At ComparaJá you will have complete freedom to contribute with new ideas. You will be responsible for supporting HR daily operations and all our people&culture initiatives, helping to improve our employee experience as a whole in order to improve the employee engagement.

**Who you will be working with**

You will report to the Head of People & Culture and work along with the Team Leaders of the different business units in order to help to improve the employee experience of ComparaJá.

**You'll have the opportunity to**
- Be part of the development of a people & culture team and department;
- Manage the **recruitment process** for the different business units;
- Support the logistics of our **annual training plan**;
- Support **daily HR operations**;
- Collaborate with our Office Manager to **improve our office** according with the best HR practices;
- Help us improve with new ideas for our **people & culture initiatives**;
- **Growing and learning in a start-up** - we have an internal culture of sharing knowledge, especially among the more senior members of the team.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or other similar education;
- Have a passion for human resources development and best HR practices;
- Be a highly motivated team player with strong organizational skills;
- Experience with Google tools;
- Ideally available to start on January 2024;
- Bonus:

- Eligible for IEFP internship;
- Proficient in English.
