The role ‍
We are looking for a
HR Generalist to work with our People & Culture team.

At ComparaJá you will have complete freedom to contribute with new ideas.

You will be responsible for supporting HR daily operations and all our people&culture initiatives, helping to improve our employee experience as a whole in order to improve the employee engagement.


Who you will be working with


You will report to the Head of People & Culture and work along with the Team Leaders of the different business units in order to help to improve the employee experience of ComparaJá.


You'll have the opportunity to

  • Be part of the development of a people & culture team and department;
  • Manage the
    recruitment process for the different business units;
  • Support the logistics of our
    annual training plan;
  • Support
    daily HR operations;
  • Collaborate with our Office Manager to
    improve our office according with the best HR practices;
  • Help us improve with new ideas for our
    people & culture initiatives;

Growing and learning in a start-up - we have an internal culture of sharing knowledge, especially among the more senior members of the team.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or other similar education;
  • Have a passion for human resources development and best HR practices;
  • Be a highly motivated team player with strong organizational skills;
  • Experience with Google tools;
  • Ideally available to start on January 2024;
  • Bonus:
  • Eligible for IEFP internship;
  • Proficient in English.
