THE ROLE


As an HR Generalist in Indie Campers, you will be assuming a variety of tasks to coordinate and execute international payroll processes and the management of our employee benefit program.

You will be joining our People Matters & Rewards team in our Lisbon HQ, and working closely together with internal and external stakeholders and providers.


WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Administer HR related documentation, maintain HR records and personnel database regarding employees remuneration packages;
  • Manage the employee onboarding process, working closely with Talent Acquisition teams & other teams, to ensure a smooth onboarding process;
  • Manage the offboarding process, to provide a smooth exit for leavers, while ensuring all records are up to date and in line with local legislation;
  • Provide daytoday coordination ensuring all monthly changes and impacts to payroll are registered;
  • Help on prepare and execute payroll instructions with 3rd party payroll company adhering to deadlines, ensuring effective payroll processing and strict compliance with company standards, local tax and legal legislation;
  • Respond to payrollrelated inquiries and resolving concerns;

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or similar.
  • You are naturally deadlinedriven and detail oriented, able to juggle multiple processes through completion while ensuring all deadlines;
  • You thrive in a fastpaced environment and are able to make sound decisions and recommendations with little supervision;
  • Fluent in English mandatory (written & spoken);
  • Familiarity using Excel and spreadsheets;
  • 1 year experience as HR Generalist or similar;
  • Experience in Payroll (preferential).

OUR GROWTH LAB PROGRAM:

This position is a part of our Growth Lab Program.

What is it?
A 3-year graduate program, that helps recent graduates to kick-start their career in an international and fast-paced environment.

This program focuses on learning by doing and developing soft and hard skills, whilst being mentored by industry experts.


During this time you'll have the opportunity to gain a better understanding of Indie Campers' future challenges and work on how to better tackle them as well as gaining a lot of industry knowledge.

This program encourages fast growth and a high level of retention, so during the first year, you'll be doing an IEFP Professional Internship and upon performance assessment, you'll join our team permanently.
