Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Generalist, to join our award-winning team based in Lisbon, Portugal.

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Supporting the end to end onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Training and development management.
  • Organizing team building activities.
  • Providing HR data and information management.
  • Providing Occupational Medicine management.
  • Supporting the Payroll process.
  • Providing the HR inquiries management.
  • Supporting all the employee life cycle tasks according to the needs.


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or Human Resources Management or equivalent.


  • Knowledge of Portugal Labor law.
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively interact at all levels.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and HR Management Systems.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to various situations.
