We're looking for a People Partner to support management and development of our fast-growing teams in Romania.
A skilled Emmie professional that will take our People Experience to the next level.
If you are a detail- oriented and result driven expert with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we're looking for you

What you'll do:
Act as a an expert in labor law and Payroll. Work closely with other functions e.g. Recruiting, Finance, IT and global/regional teams to contribute to Emma's success. Contribute to the development of People policies and procedures and optimize day-to-day HR operations.

Manage Payroll vendors and others on monthly basis for cross-checking and ensure the compliance with local tax law and regulations.

Actively participate in our Retail Stores project, helping to build the HR set-up and improve our internal processes.

Provide key input when developing the business cases for new stores – help the team to make smart business decisions.

Being a trusted strategic advisor for our internal stakeholders, providing expert advice and guidance.

What you'll need:
3 years' experience in HR as generalist or in an Operational/Payroll role. Extensive knowledge of local labour laws. Demonstrable experience in HR operation process integration, HRIS Project Management or JIRA. SSM certification (or willingness to have the SSM certification). Experience in Retail is a PLUS. You can work across business functions and you like results and detail-driven.

You are independent, self-confident and you love to organize and coordinate things yourself, roll up your sleeves and take things on the road.

Experience in a hyper-growth company – you can handle changes fast. Good spoken and written English.
