This position is based in our Global Business Services (GBS) in Porto. Our 300+ employees provide services within areas such as HR, Procurement, Finance and IT across the world.

**What’s the role about?**

**What will you do?**
- Support Finance Director of FP&A in all Month end / Forecast / Long term plan activities such as day 3 and 5/6 month end financial reviews - consolidation of all key financial information in agreed format and in a timely manner.
- Support BPO FP&A with finance transformation projects
- Support Director of Treasury and Working Capital in month-end activities, including variance analysis and cash forecasting
- Detailed analysis and “deep dive” into functional costs to support Finance Business Partners
- Analysis of differences to Forecast assumptions around Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet Statements
- Perform various financial and financial KPI analysis
- Create, develop, and implement tools that support reporting, data analysis and decision making
- Manage Teams/SharePoint Groups for Central Finance & Plant Finance
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by Finance Director of FP&A to assist in achieving Finance Department Objectives.

**What are we looking for?**
- Ideally University Educated with focus on Finance/Accounting/Controlling
- Excellent analytical skills, synthetizes and generates insight from analyzing large sets of financial and non-financial data
- Strong spreadsheet manipulation skills and aptitude for Excel work
- Good understanding of IT tools and solutions
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and assimilate data into meaningful management Information
- Capable of working on own initiative, capable of influencing without direct authority senior executives within clusters and plants
- Fluency in English
