**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The Team Leader FP&A Analyst reports to Global FP&A Manager and is responsible for managing the team that leads NA & EIMEA in order to assist on driving the GBU’s reporting, supporting the development and implementation of tools for Sales Compensation, reporting/analysis and forecast in order to provide a high-quality support to the Top Management, GBU’s FP&A and Commercial Business partners. The job holder will also assist the Sales Compensation tool and process for the global.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**:
**Global FP&A (Commercial processes)**:

- Ensure the transition and focus on alignment of Sales Compensation; freights and rebates to Global FP&A team (centralized team);
- Responsible for the implementation of Global process improvements to reduce inefficiency and process cycle times;
- Support sales compensation process with all the different plans defined by GBU’s; capture the correct BI metrics to calculate the performance and ensure that all the exceptions are also captured in the calculation;
- Manage/ control sensitive and confidential information (salaries and JG) in order to calculate the bonus by commercial employee;
- Responsible for the calculations to an agreed schedule for Incentive programs (Sales commissions) and for gathering the Business approvals of the bonus payment statements;
- Coordinate the communication of all the performances, payout calculations to the Global Segment leaders and GBU’s Finance Directors and answer to all the questions coming from them;
- Coordinate the submission of the final documents to the payout team with the amount to be paid to the commercials;
- Coordinate the new Sales Target setting process
- Support the accruals calculation of rebates

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Data validation of Business and regular Global performance reports preparation;
- Responsible by the creation of some analytical reports that shows the impact of rebates in the business;
- Responsible by the creation of different scenarios on sales compensation calculation relevant to top management;
- Guarantee that Global BI data is accurate doing a proactivity integrity check, reporting the outliers to property systems and business when necessary;
- Suggest and implement improvements and developments of Business reports, working alongside with other teams;
- Actively participate in the implementation of process improvements to reduce Finance Business process cycle times, improve financial quality and enhance information provided to leadership;
- Works alongside with Proprietary Systems/BI team in order to improve the level of analysis and data quality;
**Minimum Requirements**:

- University degree in or equivalent in Finance or Economics;
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in medium and large blue chip multinationals;
- Experience across the breadth of the Finance Function accountabilities, ideally including exposure to senior business management
- Expert in Management Information, Business Analysis and Financial Planning Processes
- Evidence of strong communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English, other language skills also useful
