We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical **PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Specialist** **to join our** **marketing team**.

As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversions. You will develop effective strategies and execute targeted campaigns that align with our business goals.

- Responsibilities:_
- Develop and execute PPC strategies: Plan, implement, and optimize effective pay-per-click advertising campaigns across various platforms, mainly in Google Ads, but also Bing Ads, social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), and other relevant networks. Only Google Ads are mandatory.
- Keyword research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable target keywords, refine existing keyword lists, and uncover new opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Ad copy creation and optimization: Write compelling ad copy and create visually appealing ad creatives to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Continuously test and optimize ad copy, headlines, images, and other creative elements to improve campaign performance.
- Bid management and budgeting: Monitor and adjust bids and budgets to ensure optimal campaign performance and ROI (Return on Investment). Utilize bid management tools and techniques to achieve campaign objectives.
- Landing page optimization: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting landing pages that align with campaign goals. Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing page elements and improve conversion rates.
- Performance tracking and analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, click-through rates, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Competitor analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in PPC advertising. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strategies and tactics that can be applied to enhance campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates: Keep abreast of changes and updates in PPC platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Implement new features and techniques to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay within budget and deadlines: Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed-upon timelines.
- Requirements:_
- **Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar digital marketing role.**:

- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads. Bing Ads and social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficient in using PPC management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
