**Let's start with the role**
The Customer Account & Services team is responsible for core functions such as registration, account verification, account communications etc. The Account Comms Product Specialist role is part of this team, supporting end-to-end product delivery and managing all operational aspects involved.
As a Product Specialist in Account Comms, you will:
- Conduct market research, map competition and highlight best practices.
- Work with both external partners and internal teams (i.e. Business Intelligence, Customer Support, Customer Experience, and others) to collect data and monitor key performance indicators.
- Identify customer pain points and opportunities, promote product optimizations and support internal experimentation and CX activities (where applicable).
- Gather requirements for new products and markets and create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
- Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Commercial, Compliance, Finance, Procurement etc) to ensure that the right product gets delivered at the agreed quality and time.
- Develop product forecasts and monitor monthly progress, while also resolving any invoice issues with vendors.
**What you'll bring**
- 2+ years in a product role within a consumer internet business, or in a high-velocity, high-growth product or business unit.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing various sources of data and writing product requirements.
- Preferred experience in customer service tools and processes
- Well-versed in translating stakeholder requirements into executable products and working with a wide range of teams.
- Experience working closely with technology and design teams and good understanding of technologies used to drive the best product experiences.
- Keen attention to detail, expert-level organization and communication skills.
