Our HSE Business Line is looking for a Contract HSE Manager who will have the following responsibilities:
- Keep, improve, and manage EHS Contractors program;
- Lead EHS process related to Sales and Bidding to support functions with contractual documentation;
- Implement and keep Contractors’ audit plan and approved list;
- Create mitigation plan for critical contractors;
- Support projects EHS budget evaluation;
- Evaluate EHS risks in new bid and define scalation process for approval.;
- Be responsible for reviewing and preparing action plans focused on continuous improvement of EHS related to key contractors;
- Technical Support local teams through training, technical visits, and best practices to achieve the EHS results expected by the company;
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of EHS management system, and be a facilitator for all coordinators elements, encouraging discussions among the rest;
- Develop and monitor EHS indicators, and issue progress reports.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Specialization degree in Health and Safety discipline;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in project implementation, (renewable sector would be a plus);
- Advanced English and French;
- Experience with multiple subcontractors’ management.
**KEY SKILLS**
- Ability to obtain operation team adhesion for implementation of the EHS procedures;
- Capable to be very strict for EHS system implementation;
- Adaptation to various situations and stakeholders;
- Good interpersonal relationship;
- Ability to work under pressure, attention to deadlines and costs;
- Leadership by influence.
