MISSÃO DA POSIÇÃO:
Organiza, coordena e supervisiona o planeamento, reabastecimento e armazém a fim de garantir a qualidade das mercadorias e o nível de serviço operacional, cumprindo os programas de fornecimento e encomendas dos clientes com atendimento de requisitos de qualidade, segurança alimentar e segurança das pessoas.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES/RESPONSABILIDADES

1. Supervisionar e controlar as atividades de matérias-primas, produtos acabados de acordo com os procedimentos de qualidade e gestão de datas de mercadorias bem como o cumprimento de cargas/embarques nas datas e horários acordados;
2. Supervisionar as receções de produtos acabados, matérias-primas e embalagens recebidas da Produção, Fornecedores e outros armazéns e controlar os tempos de quarentena, coordenando as retenções e libertações com a política de segurança alimentar.

3. Organiza e supervisiona as entregas de matérias-primas e embalagens à Produção, garantindo as datas e horários estabelecidos para evitar paragens nas linhas de produção.

4. Proceder às necessárias contagens físicas de produtos acabados, matérias-primas e embalagens, comparando com os stocks, para fazer os ajustes necessários e manter os stocks atualizados.

5. Organiza e supervisiona a preparação de cargas de produtos acabados para clientes e Operadores Logísticos, nacionais e internacionais, cumprindo os horários de embarque nas datas estabelecidas garantindo o correto rodízio.

7. Organiza e coordena o plano de retiradas de matérias-primas e embalagens dos Fornecedores na data prevista e de acordo com os Acordos estabelecidos em contrato pelo departamento de Compras;
8. Assegura a implementação das políticas e procedimentos de Qualidade e Segurança Alimentar em todos os nossos processos e produtos;
9. Analisa e otimiza os processos e procedimentos da Cadeia de Suministros, tentando alcançar sempre a melhoria contínua;
10. Gere e desenvolve a equipa (reportes diretos), levando em consideração as ferramentas corporativas disponíveis quanto avaliação de desempenho e planos de desenvolvimento.

11. Gere o plano de produção, mediante os pedidos de cliente, stocks existente e disponibilidade de linhas

FORMAÇÃO E COMPETÊNCIAS PREFERIDAS:
1. Licenciatura em Gestão Logística; Gestão de Engenharia Industrial

2. Conhecimento dos processos de fabrico, sistemas de qualidade HACCP, e normas internacionais de segurança alimentar

3. Nível intermédio das línguas inglesa e espanhola faladas e escritas.

4. Conhecimento de sistemas SAP

EXPERIÊNCIA MÍNIMA:

- Experiência mínima necessária de 2- 3 anos na área da cadeia de abastecimento.
- Experiência preferencial em equipas e ambientes multiculturais.
- Experiência preferida num ambiente multinacional.
