**About the job**
- ROCC Office is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. Its main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNPP Portugal. The department is also responsible for delivering regulatory reports

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Prepare notes and synthesis documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner
- Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls
- Use different tools to collect and analyse data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports
- Ensure data input and quality check
- Identify actions to resolve identified discrepancies
- Ability to report progress, risks and issues to the Management
- Analyse the existing processes in place and propose action plans to improve
- Liaise and interact with the several stakeholders on a daily basis
- Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated procedures and SOPs updates
- Collect/ treat/ consolidate data and information linked to the activities
- Contribute to the organization set-up and support governance formalization
- Contribute actively to the team activities and dynamics with positive attitude
- Strong contribution to the Transversal projects within the Department

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master Degree in Finance, Management or Economics
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail, adherence to the highest quality standards
- Advanced Excel knowledge (including pivots) and MS Office tools
- Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines
- Polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt
- Team player
