**About the job**
- ROCC Office is a key Department within BNP Paribas Portugal Branch. Its main mission is to provide quality services and solutions to BNPP Portugal. The department is also responsible for delivering regulatory reports**Your Main Activities Are**
- Prepare notes and synthesis documents and deliver comprehensive and synthetic reports in a timely and efficient manner- Execute the necessary daily reconciliations and controls- Use different tools to collect and analyse data, as well as structuring queries and performing routine maintenance of reports- Ensure data input and quality check- Identify actions to resolve identified discrepancies- Ability to report progress, risks and issues to the Management- Analyse the existing processes in place and propose action plans to improve- Liaise and interact with the several stakeholders on a daily basis- Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated procedures and SOPs updates- Collect/ treat/ consolidate data and information linked to the activities- Contribute to the organization set-up and support governance formalization- Contribute actively to the team activities and dynamics with positive attitude- Strong contribution to the Transversal projects within the Department**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master Degree in Finance, Management or Economics- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in English- Strong organizational skills- Attention to detail, adherence to the highest quality standards- Advanced Excel knowledge (including pivots) and MS Office tools- Reliability and capacity to deliver results with strict deadlines- Polyvalent, flexible and able to adapt- Team player#LI-Hybrid
