Nestlé Business Services Lisbon (NBS Lisbon) is one of the seven Shared Services Centers of Nestlé, also providing valued Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) to corporate teams, businesses and SBUs. **Position Summary**

The
** Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) Lead** in Lisbon is a member of NBS Lisbon ManCom and leading a growing internal team of 150 Digital Service Professionals. Lisbon is flagship center of IMS and has strategic importance to set up and pilot new service lines. Today, Lisbon team is delivering all marketing services available in the Global service catalogue (CRM, Websites, Search, Content, D2C, Consumer Engagement). Digital Marketing Experts who support SBUs and Z-Europe Categories are also based in Lisbon under the leadership of IMS Lead.

In close collaboration with Global Marketing Stream Leads and Global IBS team, Lisbon
**IMS Lead** will be responsible to drive the adoption of existing marketing services to new partners and set up of new services in Lisbon.
**IMS Lead** must ensure consistent service delivery, continuously looking to enhance capabilities.

**A day in the life of...**
- Manage the high expansion agenda and ensure quality and evolution of services and skills.
- Manage, coach and mentor the team of people leaders, support his/her team leaders to ensure the team engagement and retention.
- Manage the relationships with key stakeholders in the markets, businesses, and HQ, ensuring partner expectations are met and exceeding through service orientation and service quality.
- Communicate and review with key stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure people development, promote the best practices of Nestlé in coaching and mentoring own team to develop their functional and leadership capabilities and prepare talents for the future career steps.
- Responsible to align individuals’ personal performance goals with overall IMS strategic objectives, being accountable for performance reviews.

**What will make you successful**
- More than 10 years’ experience in Marketing ideally with a track record of integrated management (digital, media, ecommerce) of global brands in multinationals and / or Agencies
- Good understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and strategic vision on Digital Marketing
- Experience of successfully building and leading teams
- Strong ability of stakeholder management in an international context
- Experience in complex environments (multi-cultural, cross-functional, network organizations)
- Experience in managing change in the organization
