**Responsibilities**:

- Performing account reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving any deviations
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
- Guarantee of internal control
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Monitor accounts and incoming payments
- Communicate with clients to request and arrange payments
- Manage and perform tasks to achieve goals of the working group
- Preparation of accruals monthly

**Requirements**:

- High school complete or professional technical course in accounting
- Experience in similar tasks
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of English or French
