Programme Manager

**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
The programme manager is responsible for the success of all projects within the Digital Sales Transformation portfolio. You will ensure the alignment of the portfolio with the wider Global Transformation (GBF) Programme’s strategic objectives and own, drive the creation and delivery of the portfolio roadmaps improving the sales processes in a more customer-oriented, efficient and modern way.

You will work with the project managers and value statement leads within the Digital Sales team, as well as their relevant stake holders (Product Lines, Regional Teams, Tech & Dev teams) to discuss and align on the portfolio strategy, key deliverables for process transformation / simplification. Setting stretching long terms goals which will make us easier to work with for our customers, simplify our internal way of working and help us grow our business and reduce internal operating costs.

You will need to provide transparency on the progress of the portfolio to show how the teams are delivering transformation within the business to positively effect key KPI’s such as On Time Delivery, Quote Response Times.

You will hold regular reviews with project teams to understand and have a clear plan for resource and ensure adequate risks / issues management and lessons learnt, are fully up to date and measures in place.

Creating a clear programme roadmap for the mid and long-term at Strategic & tactical level will be very important to ensure the teams can understand how the topics they are driving, feed into the overall strategy for Siemens Energy and GBF.

You will also be required to brief exec management to update on data strategy and key developments and advise them on decisions linked to the business long term strategy in the area of digitalisation, simplification and transformation.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:

- Define and drive the Digital Sales strategy and roadmap.
- Coordinate and manage the related project portfolio and key stakeholder expectations.
- Drive adoption into the business with strong focus on change management & transformation
- Define and measure success metrics focused on customer satisfaction, speed of response and degree of digital transformation.
- Facilitate and manage dependencies between projects.
- Give guidance to the individual projects and PMs on operational issues.
- Prepare, conduct and follow-up on regular steering committees.

**What You Bring**:

- Experience in creating and delivering mid to long term strategic plans and roadmaps
- Experience in Project and financial management
- Knowledge of operational business
- Extensive Change Management experience
- 10 + years Leadership experience
- Experience in delivering digital and transformational change
- Good knowledge of our Oil & Gas and Power Generation sector
- Expert knowledge of industry digitalisation leading technologies and focus areas
