**Service Quality Supervisor**

**Missão**:
Assegurar que toda a formação das equipas internas e externas da área Residencial é realizada de acordo com as definições táticas da área de Commercial Execellence, alinhadas com a estratégia e políticas de aprendizagem definidas e com os valores e marca Galp. Para tal, deve participar no desenho e deteção adequada das necessidades de formação atuais e futuras da área Residencial, bem como na avaliação da sua eficácia, assegurando a construção, proteção e atualização contínua do conhecimento interno da empresa de forma transversal a todos os canais, alinhado com os valores e a marca Galp.

**Principais Tarefas**:

- participar na implementação de políticas de formação e colaborar no desenvolvimento de planos de formação integrados na estratégia de Excelência Comercial ao serviço das necessidades dos canais/negócios da área comercial da Residencial;
- Alinhar os horários de formação da área, garantindo a capacidade em tempo e recursos para dar a melhor resposta a todos os canais;
- Assegurar a formação de formadores dos diferentes parceiros que colaboram com os canais de venda;
- Conceber conteúdos, bem como ministrar programas de formação para a área Residencial, fornecendo a informação que garanta o cumprimento das normas necessárias;
- Assegurar a qualidade da formação interna e externa para a área Residencial, monitorizando KPIs de qualidade, quer dos formadores quer dos conteúdos ou ferramentas de apoio;
- Desenhar e implementar os processos e acções de avaliação das equipas de forma a ter os talentos mapeados, conhecer pontos fortes e áreas de melhoria, e incentivar as equipas de forma alinhada com o negócio Residencial.

**O que precisa**:

- Competências nas áreas de marketing e comunicação, gestão de negócios ou equivalente;
- Capacidade de empatia e comunicação;
- Forte atitude comercial;
- Fluente em Português e Espanhol; Inglês é opcional;
- Experiência de trabalho similar >3 anos;
- Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em Portugal e Espanha.
