**BUSINESS PROCESS PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - FI/CO**

**KEY RESPORSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience
- Plan and personalize the customer journey to S/4 while maintaining global scalability and consistency
- Plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
- Support pre-sales activities
- Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
- Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a project lead or team lead for a service delivered

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum 6 years consulting experience in Finance
- Has experience with minimum of 5 full cycle implementations (at least one in S4HANA)
- Good understanding of industry specific business processes (if applicable)
- Has performed workshops with C-levels from customer and lead a team
- Takes responsibility as a project leader
- Acts as a coach for colleagues

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Professional Trainings & Solution Certification
- Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure and changes
- English: Fluent
