Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Business Manager, you will support the KPG technology leadership in:
- Coordinating the different business threads, mediating and supporting across multiple associated meetings- Collaborating within the technology group, as well as with stakeholders and other technology areas- Ensuring all prioritized work threads are tracked, measured and completed- Supporting on the financial aspects of the technology group management, tracking investment and expense values:
- Review and negotiate contracts-
- Track financial actuals-
- Fulfill all the associated processes-
- Connecting with external and internal service providers and establish a positive relationship- Coordinating the hiring processes and participating in interviews where appropriate- Identifying improvement opportunities and driving these forward-
- Managing internal projects and organizing workgroups to guarantee a successful outcome- Supporting on the organization and coordination of the technology group activities
Capabilities and Experience- 2+ years of experience working in areas based in people relationships- Experience handling contracts and negotiating with external entities- Experience with financial tools (such as Coupa) is a plus- Ability to document and provide accurate and understandable reports- Ability to follow design and put in practice new processes- Resilience and ability to create empathy with others- Will to collaborate and organize activities with people in higher hierarchies- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills- Ability to do larger audience presentations and Q&A sessions- Excellent time management and teamwork skills- Fluent in English communication
