Location
Our office is located in Braga, don't forget that this is an on-site position. As such, priority will be given to individuals living in Braga.
**The Role**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Operations team as an Administrative Assistant Trainee. In this role, you will be an essential part of our organization, collaborating closely with the Operations Team, including Legal, Human Resources, and Accounting. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop a strong foundation in administrative support within a dynamic and innovative company.
What do we offer?
**Key responsabilities**:
1. Proactively maintaining compliance and safeguarding crucial company documents;
2. Control and assure mandatory documentation and requirements’ compliance, as well as internal documents;
3. Inputting financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets accurately and on time, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded;
4. Assisting with invoicing clients, processing payments, and reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable records;
5. Organizing and maintaining financial documents and records, such as invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and contracts, following established filing systems.
**Required skills**:
1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Administration or similar;
2. Fluency in Portuguese and English (any additional languages will be a plus);
3. Solid MS Office knowledge, especially Excel;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and organizational skills;
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
6. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities;
7. Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges.
**Plus**: basic knowledge of the Primavera Software.
