Release Manager

**Perfil**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Linux and standard commands;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Sybase/SQL;
- Basic knowledge of DataStage TX;
- General IT infrastructure knowledge;
- Understanding of ITIL principles and practices;
- Participate in technical activities such as migrations, DRP, and patching;
- Prepare and verify deployment documentation;
- Coordinate with development teams;
- Ensure effective communication with production support and development teams;
- Follow change/release management processes based on ITIL guidelines;
- Define and prepare KPIs.
