Job Title**:HR Manager - Remote, Full-Time**
Location: East Coast Time Zone (fully remote work from home position)
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with the organization on strategic initiatives related to HR.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Manage sensitive data with strong ethics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Outstanding communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
- Previous web3 experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with strong ethics.
- Socially focused with the ability to connect quickly with people in an inviting and helpful way.
- Interested in working with DeFi/Crypto technology employees.
Pay: 3,050.00€ - 4,600.00€ per month
**Experience**:
- managing online communities: 2 years (preferred)
- Web3, ideally as a community manager/growth hacker: 1 year (preferred)
