Corporate Operations Expert

**Role Purpose**:
2nd Line Operations of Enterprise Networks is a multi-vendor environment. To ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and quality of service of the VoIP/SIP Network Customers in services platforms. Perform configuration and software upgrades in Edge Routers and switches as well in FTTH CPEs
**Main Responsabilities**:
- In case of incident assure trouble shooting analysis and all the repair actions, including vendor support escalation, in order to achieve service restoration of VoIP/SIP Network & IP Edge Data Network, enterprise and Customer CPEs within the SLAs agreed, including vendor support escalation;
- Perform proactive maintenance activities to prevent incidents and optimize the network. Perform corrective measures based on performance management and indicators analysis;
- Assure planned work activities, network rollout, software upgrades and parameter changes in enterprise firewalls IP Edge Network ensuring quality of service and avoiding regression on network functionalities;
- Perform acceptance test and integration/configuration activities of new network elements or new features of the IP Edge Network or others enterprise platforms;
- Perform knowledge sharing in order to increase technical skills of other teams involved in deployment and operations activities in the network.
**Ideal Background**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Electronics and communication engineering or equivalent;
- 3+ years of experience in VoIP/SIP operations and maintenance solutions;
- 3+ years of experience in Windows Server and Linux Operations, namely in Red Hat and Ubuntu;
- Good knowledge of IP protocols, IP routers, Lan Switches and VoIP/SIP technologies;
- Good knowledge in Windows Server and Linux;

- IP & VoIP/SIP Network performance analysis and trouble shooting;
- Availability to perform on-call support out of working hours for emergency support and maintenance in network platforms and customers;
- Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
