**YOUR FUTURE MISSIONS**

First point of contact for the **Concierge Service**, your role will be to take care of our member’s requests in accordance with our quality charter and our service commitments.

To carry out requests within the time limits, you will identify the customer's need, advise him and provide him with personalized advice, relevant recommendations and/or the appropriate solution.

As a **Concierge Assistant/Customer Service Assistant**, you will guide our members through inquiries related to banking, insurance and conciergerie by phone.

You will join a **demanding and dynamic team**, anxious to offer the best **customer service** that meets the very high standards of the luxury sector.

**THE IDEAL PROFILE**
- Have customer service experience
- Have a perfect command of **French** both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact in a professional manner with its various interlocutors
- Be able to work independently
- Have a sense of organization and able to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Combine responsiveness, perseverance and diplomacy
- Have an eye for detail and quality of service
- Operational English would be a plus

**BENEFITS**
- Remuneration over 14 months and very attractive quarterly bonuses
- Transport allowance (up to 30 €)
- Payment of private driver fees for staggered hours
- Meal allowance 7.63 € per day

- Working hours: Monday to Saturday - 40 hours/week contract
