The Nespresso story began with a simple but revolutionary idea: enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee. Since 1986, Nespresso has redefined and revolutionized the way millions of people enjoy their espresso coffee. As part of the newly created Nespresso **Supply Chain Service Center **in Lisbon, we are currently looking for a full time **Demand & Supply Planning Specialist. **Your main responsibility will be to s upport DSP development in the markets through innovative IS/IT solutions meeting functional and business needs, efficient process implementation, training and adherence to best practices and compliance. Also support technical innovation and business transformation in DSP, achieve operational excellence as part of a continuous improvement mindset and develop people. Streamline and leverage best practices in the markets according to their size and maturity levels.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEMAND & SUPPLY PLANNING SPECIALIST
Support the Nespresso model with state of the art DSP tools and processes in the markets:

- Define the IS/IT vision for DSP at market level in alignment with the Nespresso strategy (e.g. delivery services, development of warehouse and POS locations);
- Manage risks within the markets in terms of planning processes and systems (Nefor, IMLight, Boutique Supply);
- Prioritize, plan and contribute to IS/IT projects according to business improvement needs and resources availabilities;
- Contribute to SC driven projects in the markets.

DSP governance and compliance:

- Train market planners with regard to DSP best practices and usage of planning tools in order to continuously improve the quality of the demand signal and supply plans, with a total delivered cost mindset;
- Align with Nespresso SC HQ and Nestlé CO-SC DSP on guidelines and priorities so as to continuously improve SC performance;
- Develop best practices, training manuals and drive change management in the markets;
- Business Process Owner of the IS/IT landscape for DSP in the markets;
- Monitor and solve operational systems issues at the interface between SAP and IMLight (e.g. IMLight Idocs follow up) with the support of the Swiss LGO and RBS;
- Work in close collaboration with BI in order to ensure availability of relevant DSP reports. Develop new reports when required;
- Define a clear process for SKU optimization together with Masterdata and Marketing HQ. Monitor number of active SKUs by market and category;
- Lead change management accross markets to ensure adherence on compliance initiatives. Give support to markets for NGA and NMA audits preparation.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure a continuous improvement culture is developed and sustained;
- Fully understand and implement the MBP guidelines and NCE principles as a standard way of working across markets.

Contribute to the development of a high performing DSP community in the markets:

- Maintain and update DSP best practices and training materials;
- Promote standardized ways of working across markets, in line with business development;
- Provide support to planners in the markets for questions related to IMLight, Nefor and Boutique Supply;
- Organize workshops for new comers and advanced planners in relation with DSP best practices, usage of IMLight, Nefor and Boutique Supply;
- Empowerment : provide feedback, evaluate and differentiate performance, challenge local DSP organizations to ensure effectiveness and alignment between markets.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL
- Degree or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or Management
- At least 3 years of proven experience in Demand & Supply Planning
- Has successfully led projects in at least on of the following areas: Sales / Marketing; Demand & Supply Planning; Supply Chain Development
- Ideally previous experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools
- Ability to successfully manage tradeoffs in Suppy Chain
- Good knowledge of supply chain KPIs (demand plan accuracy, stock cover, stock availability, etc.)
- Knowledge in product portfolio management
- Strong IS/IT, analytical and negotiation skills
- Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI, SAP-BW, any Business Intelligence tool
- Experience with the following tools is an asset: IMLight, Boutique Supply, NEFOR, SAP/APO
- Very good level of English (other language is an advantage)
- Analytical and structured thinker with the ability to methodically break down complex issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong results-oriented profile and team player;
- Plan and prioritise different responsibilities effectively
