**ASnapshot of Your Day**

As World Function Controller for CorporateFunction you will be responsible for Controlling, Reporting andForecasting of the worldwide HQ functions of Siemens Energy.

**HowYou’ll Make an Impact**
- Providebusiness partnering expertise to the Corporate Functions for which you areresponsible, through active relationship building and pro-active analysis tosupport strategic decision making.
- Workingwith the FPA Function and Governance teams, drive forward the digitalizationand standardization of the reporting tools used, ensuring consistency andaccuracy across the Corporate Functions
- Pro-activelysupport the performance management of the supported corporate functions andstakeholders with financial performance and the transparency and correctness ofthe reported key figures.
- Independentlyanalysing the planning and forecast of the financials of the respectiveCorporate Functions and interpret the deviations.
- Jointanalysis of comments and explanations from the respective function andresponsibility for the annual preparation of the budget for your Corporatefunctions.
- Preparationof ad hoc reports, analysis, profitability, or productivity calculations.
- Takingownership / leading projects to drive the performance of the Functioncontrolling team.

**What You Bring**
- ** **Bachelor’sor master’s degree in business administration, economics, or businessinformatics
- 7+years of experience in Financial Controlling of Corporate or Support Functionswith a profound knowledge of Siemens Energy reporting guidelines and processes
- Familiaritywith Siemens Energy reporting tools and processes, preferably SAP, ESPRIT,Microsoft Office and Think Cell. Experience of Tableau, SAC, Qlikand Global Function Board would be an advantage.
- Experiencein business partnering and working closely with stakeholders of all levels.
- Stronganalytical skills, results orientated with high quality standards and theability to prepare management presentations.
- Open-mindednessand communication skills, the ability to work in a team as well asintercultural experience.
- Highdegree of initiative, high quality standards and results-oriented work
- Entrepreneurialmindset and eager to drive transformation.
- Outstandingpresentation, reporting and communication skills.
- ExcellentEnglish skills, German is a plus.
