**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
Active customer approach and detailed customer advice with consistent use of our service rituals
Competent advice in all product groups, brand and product innovations
You actively promote our current campaigns and promotions using sales-supporting tools
You exceed customer expectations through passion in service and advice
Sharing responsibility for incoming goods, warehousing and product presentation as well as service stock orders
Handling a customer-oriented, smooth checkout process including packing, exchanges and complaints processing
**YOUR SKILLS**
Completed vocational training in the retail, service or service sector
Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is an advantage
Passion for customer service and sales
Strong service orientation and team spirit
The initiative to continuously develop your knowledge of products, innovations and trends in all product groups
Positive charisma, open-mindedness and proactivity when approaching customers
Empathetic and friendly communication skills
A keen interest in lifestyle and current trends
Confident handling of PCs
