The User Information and Knowledge Coordinator will work within the DO Communications team, partnering with the DO units, DO eco-system of partners and the corporate communication team to develop and implement communication plans for the digital transformation of Nokia.

The User Information and Knowledge Coordinator will drive coherent and consistent information through appropriate channels, with appropriate means, across target groups, in close alignment with internal communications.

As part of our team, you will:

- Developing and executing communication plans in support of IT service change and projects
- Ensuring high quality information to end users with messaging tailored to the audience and easy to understand
- Facilitating cross-functional knowledge and best practice sharing
- Evaluating and measuring defined measures and plans

Your skills and experience
You have:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Communication, Journalism, English, Communications, Business Education or related discipline
- Preferably 1 to 3-year experience in knowledge management, change management, communication, HR or marketing roles

It would be nice if you also had:

- Strong communication, project management and analytical skills
- Excellent English skills with capability to translate complex information into business and experience meaningful information
- Strong results orientation and business driven mentality
- Good interpersonal skills to work as part of a team
