**Job Description**:

- Team composition : 1 team leader + 2 internals, 1 apprentice and 4 externals
- Main goals:

- Habilitations management
- Onboarding, leaving and mobility management regarding habilitations
- Active Directory management
- Incident management and support Level 2
- Participate in security audits and then in the processing of recommendations
- Perform level 1 permanent controls
- Process compliance procedures
- Process remediation plans
- Technical details:

- For BPCE-SI (ex IT-CE), manual tasks:

- KURMI (telephony)
- AF et VPN access (token HID or Smartphone)
- MyPlace Administration
- Group settlepment for Mycloud IT-CE
- PowerBI (creation et synchronization)
- Account creation for VECEP

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Manage user access permissions in our IAM system (Sigma)
- Coaching users on the usage of our self-service platform for access rights requests;
- Creating and maintain access profiles in our IAM system. Creating and maintaining business profiles for use by teams;
- Enforcing the least privilege access model by coaching users, conducting level 1 controls and taking part in yearly re-certification campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
**Main Requirements**:

- Good level of English - minimum B2 level;
- Knowledge of **French** (**B2 -** **mandatory**);
- Knowledge of ticketing tools, such as Service Now ;
- Previous experience in managing users and group memberships in Active Directory ;
- Previous experience with user account management in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) is a plus.

**Other Requirements**:

- Knowledge of English (optional but highly recommended);
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent, punctual, and responsive profile;
- Problem-Solving skills;
- Ability to effectively manage and communicate with different stakeholders;
- Assertive personality with good negotiation skills.

Lunch break. Today, your Team is onboarding newcomers, but also welcoming French colleagues: the perfect excuse to walk downtown and bond over a francesinha. When returning, inhale nature and peace of mind in Natixis Urban Garden (look at the crops; ready to harvest).

Back inside. Brainstorming session on a new, exciting project in our disruptive and immersive Manaus Village. The afternoon went flying (tasks, meetings, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: celebrating cultural diversity with a Diwali, the Indian festival of lights.

Tomorrow, you attend a conference led by influential speakers in your industry and, the day after, you will work from home, benefitting from some focus time to complete that report and soft skills course on LinkedIn Learning. Once you are done with your work for the day, strike the right note playing with Natixis band or be part of a board games session. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to catch some waves or sail the Douro river during golden hour.
