**About the role**

We are looking for a Nursing Coordinator. In this role, you will coordinate a team, ensure operational efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to patients and partners. As a Nursing Coordinator, you will:

- Supervise and manage a team of triage nurses, overseeing their daily activities and workload distribution.
- Lead and coordinate a specialized team of nurses serving as case managers for patients with chronic and/or complex diseases, ensuring efficient case management practices and optimal patient care outcomes.
- Uphold and enforce high standards of care delivery and adherence to established protocols and best practices, aiming to achieve exceptional quality levels across all nursing operations.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics to continuously enhance the quality of nursing services provided.
- Monitor and ensure the appropriate utilization of telemedicine technologies, overseeing the integration of virtual care options into patient care pathways and promoting their effective use as alternatives to traditional in-person appointments.
- Develop, implement, and optimize clinical and operational nursing processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the medical team, production team, and other operational units to align nursing initiatives with organizational objectives, fostering interdisciplinary teamwork and achieving common goals.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives, contributing nursing expertise and insights to the development of integrated healthcare solutions and operational strategies.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate digital health tools and technologies into clinical workflows and care delivery models, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and streamline nursing operations.

**About you**

To be considered for this role, here are the skills we're looking for:

- Graduation Degree;
- At least 8 years of clinical experience
- Relevant experience in coordinating nursing teams
- Relevant experience in pre-hospital or hospital triage
- Detailed knowledge of how the Portuguese health system works (National Health System).
- Interest in digital solutions applied to health, ideally with experience in their implementation.
- Proficient in office tools and adept at multitasking on different platforms.
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels of business.
