O que vais fazer:

- Gestão operacional da equipa de helpdesk;
- Supervisão de operações;
- Gestão de tickets;
- Elaboração de relatórios de KPIs;
- Definição e monitorização de SLAs;
- Resolução de incidentes.

Aquilo que esperamos de ti:

- Background académico na área das Tecnologias de Informação;
- Experiência de, pelo menos, 4 anos em gestão de equipas de suporte técnico;
- Conhecimentos de Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Intune;
- Conhecimentos de ferramentas de ticketing;
- Conhecimentos de inglês e espanhol;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e boa capacidade de comunicação;
