We are offering a great work experience to work in Portugal for a role as a **Customer Advisor - Dutch speaker (full remote from mainland Portugal)**

**How your day-to-day in this role would look like**:

- Listening to customers’ questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
Providing information about products
- Escalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departments.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level or C2 level of written and verbal communication skills in **Dutch**:

- Availability to work in rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
