**Job Description**:
**Team presentation and main goal**:
Within the Risk Division of Natixis, the Data Domain Office Team is part of the Credit Risk department.

The Data Domain Office Team ensures the administration and governance of the Risk data.

The role of this team is critical in the definition and the run of the data governance for which Credit Risk department has ownership.

Data Domain Office team will act on extended-team basis i.e. you will be in daily interactions with your colleagues in Paris as part of this Paris-Porto integrated team.

The Data Quality & Governance mandate for Credit Risk team ensures the proper implementation of BCBS239 on the Credit Risk scope; the senior position proposed covers the following topics:

- Data identification : Identify and document the key data where Credit Risk is owner including addressing the data lineage along the chain up to its storage.
- Discuss with data owner, coordinate and propose the proper controls for these key data identified
- Produce clear business requirements for control implementation
- Ensure accurate implementation liaising with IT and data owners
- Liaise with the teams in charge of the Data visualization for proper restitution to be setup
- Preparation and presentation in related committees, escalation of issues and remediation actions
- Participate to infuse Data Quality culture among Risk and beyond

As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be the point of reference for this mandate in Credit Risk Porto team, ensure the proper onboarding and training on this topic for juniors and newcomers.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Finance / Economics /Data science
- +3 Years Experience in Data / Workflow administration in relation with Credit Risk or Banking industry
- +3 Years experience in Exposure to Credit activities
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Knowledge Data visualization; Power BI; Python (preferred)
- Ability to work in project mode
- ** Fluent level of English (mandatory) and French (plus)**:

- Good and structured communication (oral / written)
- Adaptability and curiosity
- Capacity to deal with stress and conflict
- Team Player
- Taste for data processing and data accuracy

Additional Information

Early morning. Campo 24 de Agosto. In 4 minutes, you are clocking in at the office. After grabbing a cup of coffee and fresh fruit, pick up your laptop and choose your spot for the day. It's going to be a busy one: French class before lunch and, just after, quick medical appointment at Natixis doctor's office. Lunch break. Outside in the big terrace (look at your crops at the Urban Garden; ready to harvest) or, if you feel like stretching your legs, walk downtown to grab lunch.

Back inside. Quick sprint review (working together anywhere means virtual happy birthday to that colleague in Paris that just turned 35). The afternoon went flying (tasks, reports, calls, some jokes with your teammates). End it on a high note: just one PlayStation game or the final match for that ping-pong tournament.

Tomorrow, you complete that certified technical training and the day after, you will work from home, taking advantage to finally do that online course on Udemy. Once you are done with your tasks for the day, you can visit the office for a board games session or show up at the rehearsal of one of Natixis bands. If that is too steady for you, meet your colleagues to surf some waves or join them in a football match.
