The Record to Report Direction (R2R) of EDP Global Solutions SA, whose mission is to ensure the operation of the economic and financial activities supporting the EDP Group's activity, namely: i) the management of financial master data, ii) accounting, including accounting consolidation; iii) taxation, and iv) operational treasury management, including external and internal debt management, payments and receipts, bank management and cash forecasting, is looking to recruit for the Accounts Receivable and Intercompany area.

Main responsibilities:

- Analysis, collection, reconciliation and reporting of all intra-group Accounts Receivable amounts of Portuguese companies with the various geographies;
- Preparation and submission of Litigation Cases in conjunction with the respective Business Units;
- Articulation with Outsourcing in the information provided to the end customer, both through training to the team and in the definition of procedures;
- Identify improvements to Accounts Receivable processes.

Looking for people with the following requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics or other area provided you have relevant experience for the role;
- Professional experience between 2 and 8 years in financial areas;
- Knowledge of Office 365 tools;
- Good levels of English and Spanish;
- Experience of SAP from a user perspective (in particular FI and SD modules);
- Valuable:

- Communication skills, autonomy and proactivity in the performance of duties;
- Sense of responsibility, teamwork ability, critical spirit and customer orientation.

A Direção Record to Report (R2R) da EDP Global Solutions SA, que tem como missão garantir a operacionalidade das atividades económico-financeiras de suporte à atividade do Grupo EDP, nomeadamente: i) a gestão dos dados mestre financeiros, ii) a contabilidade, incluindo a consolidação contabilística; iii) a fiscalidade, e iv) a gestão operacional da tesouraria, incluindo a gestão da dívida externa e interna, os pagamentos e recebimentos, a gestão de bancos e a previsão de tesouraria, pretende recrutar para a área de Contas a Receber e Inter-Empresas.

Descritivo de funções:

- Gestão da Dívida não core - aplicação do modelo de cobrança;
- Análise, cobrança, reconciliação e reporte de todos os valores de Contas a Receber intragrupo das empresas portuguesas com as várias geografias;
- Preparação e envio de Processos para Contencioso em articulação com as respetivas Unidades de Negócio;
- Articulação com o Outsoursing na informação prestada ao cliente final, quer através de formação à equipa, quer na definição de procedimentos;
- Identificar melhorias aos processos das Contas a Receber.

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Contabilidade, Finanças, Gestão, Economia ou outra área desde que apresente experiência relevante para a função;
- Experiência profissional entre 2 a 8 anos em áreas financeiras;
- Domínio das ferramentas do Office 365;
- Bons níveis de Inglês e Espanhol;
- Experiência de SAP na ótica do utilizador (em particular módulos de FI e SD);
