We, at LovelyStay, are focused on offering a friendly and quality lodging service to our beloved guests. Responsibilities: - To ensure company-set standards across the managed project;
- To facilitate communication with different suppliers, partners and envolved teams such as Backoffice, Maintenance, etc.;
- To oversee the housekeeping team, verify and assert performance and quality;
- To oversee and optimize general guest communication (online, offline);
- To ensure surgical, and VIP, guest relations communication;
- To ensure responsive solutions to inhouse guests with difficulties;
- To verify and assert the good condition of the units managed by the company;
- Support in the preparation of periodic improvement reports for the properties managed by the company;
